Mother relates how the prefection of heaven is spoiled by Lucifer, who we now know as Satan


Scene 3: Creation

God creates the earth


Scene 4: Adam and Eve Sin

Genesis 3

Adam and Eve choose to believe Satan instead of God. Their disobedience brings sin into our world. The good news is that God loves His creations and has a plan to save them.

Scene 7: Jesus is Born

Matthew 2:1-12 and Luke 2:1-20

The Deliverer is born to humble peasants and is greeted by shepherds and Wise Men from the East.


Scene 8: Youth/Baptism

Mother explains Jesus' youth and baptism.


Scene 9: Call of the Disciples

Mark 3:13-19 and John 2:35-50

Jesus calls His 12 disciples and they leave everything to follow Him.


Scene 10: Water to Wine

John 2:1-12

Jesus attends a wedding with His disciples. The wedding runs out of wine and Mary calls upon Jesus to do something about it.


Scene 11: Miracles

Mark 1:32-34

God's love shines through as Jesus heals the sick.


Scene 12: The Prodigal Son

Luke 15:11-31

Jesus tells His audience a parable about a father who had two sons. The younger son squanders his inheritance but in the end neither brother really understood the depth of their father's love.


Scene 13: The Lord's Prayer

Matthew 6:5-13

Jesus teaches His disciples how to pray.


Scene 14: Rest for the Weary

Song: "He Shall Feed His Flock," Sandi Patti and Steven Curtis Chapman

Matthew 19:13-15 and John 8:1-11

Mothers bring their children to Jesus to bless. The priests interrupt Jesus by bringing before Him a woman caught in adultery. As they accuse her, Jesus writes in the dust and the priests see the sin in their own lives and leave. Jesus asks the woman where her accusers are, and when the woman doesn't see them, Jesus tells her, "Neither do I condemn you."


Scene 15: Mary's Perfume

Luke 7:36-40

As Jesus is eating at the home of Simon, a Pharisee, Mary Magdalene enters and anoints Jesus' feet. The Pharisees and even Jesus' disciples are outraged but Jesus rebukes them and tells them Mary has done a wonderful thing.


Scene 16: His Ministry Closes

Gabriel explains that Jesus' ministry is now coming to an and.


Scene 17: The Last Supper

Song: "The Basin and the Towel," Steve Green

John 15

While the disciples' minds are on who will be the greatest in God's kingdom at the Last Supper, Jesus demonstrates that greatness in His kingdom is defined by service to others.


Scene 18: The Garden of Gethsemane

Song: "Ashes to Ashes," Hans Zimmer

Mark 14:32-52

The weight of our sins rests upon Jesus and He begs His disciples to stay awake and pray. Satan tries to get Jesus to give up and and return to heaven. After praying Jesus returns to find His disciples asleep. A mob enters and Judas betrays Jesus with a kiss.


Scene 19: The Crucifixion

Jesus is abused and crucified.


Scene 20: Mary's Son

Scene 21: The Resurrection

Mother dies and children grow and have children of their own whom they tell the story to.
